This certification equips participants with the IOCMI business-side framework for managing strategic organizational change. You will learn to clearly distinguish enterprise-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) from individual-focused people-side models such as ADKAR. The curriculum covers the five normative (must-do) principles and the four universal management practices (Planning, Leading, Organizing, and Controlling) that form the foundation for disciplined, governed, and low-disruption transformation.
